(c) harms minors in any way;
(d) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party’s trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy;
(e) violates any law for the time being in force;
(f) deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

(k) creates liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and User shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules including Guidelines, Notifications etc there under as applicable and as amended from time to time.

PAYMENTS
White Data Systems India Private Ltd, collects payments for the sale of the products listed below to Users (Transport Owners) via Tech Process (Paynimo) to sell GPS Devices, FasTag and Fuel Cards. The payments are collected from the registered Truck Owners of the web site.
The following are the products that are sold over the platform.
i-Loads - This is the platform where the vehicles owned by a User who is a transport owner can get regular loads through a network of load providers associated with the i-loads platform. This is a onetime payment. The cost of empanelling on I-loads platform to receive its effective services is Rs 999 approximately.
GPS Devices - These are geo-location based devices that track the position of a vehicle on which the device is fitted. The User agrees to pay the cost for the GPS and is solely responsible for any damages to the device. The cost of the GPS devices along with the charges for inspection of the vehicle and fitment would add up to approximately Rs 3399. The sale of the GPS device is a onetime activity for each vehicle.
FasTags - FasTag is a simple to use, reloadable tag which enables automatic deduction of toll charges and lets you pass through the toll plaza without stopping for the cash transaction. FASTag is linked to a prepaid account from which the applicable toll amount is deducted. The tag employs Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) technology and is affixed on the vehicle's windscreen after the tag account is active. The tag would be sold at approximately Rs 200. The sale of the FasTag is a onetime activity for each vehicle.
Fuel Cards - Fuel Card is also a reloadable tag which enables automatic deduction of fuel charges at petrol bunks associated with the vendor which provide the tag. The approximate cost of the same is approximately Rs 100 The sale of the Fuel Card is a onetime activity for each vehicle.
White Data Systems does not collect money in any form other than the sales of the above stated products. The selected product is delivered to the registered truck owners within 30 working days usually.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
Once the product(s) mentioned above is fitted in the Vehicle of the registered owner, there is no refund or cancellation allowed.
However, Cancellation / Refund can be initiated by calling our Customer Care and the process will be initiated and the refund shall be processed within 20 working days provided the product(s) is returned without any damage or use.
NO WARRANTIES
This website, the information and materials on the site, and any software made available on the Website, are provided "as is" without any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for any purpose. There is no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding third party content. Despite WDSI’s best endeavours, there is no warranty on behalf of WDSI that this Website will be free of any computer viruses.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WDSI and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from all claims arising out of Your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and any of Your activities conducted in connection with this site.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India.
TERMINATION
Any permission granted herein shall terminate automatically if User breaches any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. WDSI reserves the right to terminate or restrict User access to any portion or all of the Portal, without notice, without limitation, if WDSI believes that the User has acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and Conditions.
CONSENT
By availing our Services and/or by providing your information, you hereby consent to the collection, receiving, possessing, storing, dealing, sharing and/or handling of your personal information by the WDSI .in the manner and to the extent provided under this Policy as may be modified by WDSI from time to time.
CHANGES
